The inner Journey

A journey back to yourself

There’s More to You Than What You’ve Been Through

I believe we spend a lot of our lives learning how to live with things we’ve never really taken the time to understand. The way we were raised. The things we were taught to believe. The relationships we’ve had. The expectations we’ve accepted without ever questioning whether they were right for us. All of those things influence how we see ourselves, how we treat others, and what we believe we deserve.

But who are we? What makes us sad, what provokes our fear, where does this trauma stem from and what can we do to heal that. That’s what I want to explore through The Inner Journey.

I’ve brought together meditation, movement, sound, and guided reflection to create a space for people who want to understand themselves on a deeper level.

We’ll explore personal patterns, examine long-held beliefs, and learn practical ways to bring more awareness and intention into everyday life.

Some of it may challenge the way you think. Some of it may simply give you an opportunity to slow down. You may cry and you may laugh, but I hope you heal.

The point isn’t to tell you who you are. It’s to give you room to figure that out for yourself.

Three Ways to Begin

RELEASE

Movement • Sound • Meditation

Sometimes the hardest thing to do is simply be still.

Release is a 90-minute guided experience combining gentle movement, breathwork, sound meditation, and deep relaxation.

We’ll begin with gentle yoga-inspired movements and exercises that support natural lymphatic flow before transitioning into a sound experience and guided meditation.

There is no expectation to achieve anything or experience a particular emotion. This is simply an opportunity to slow down, become more aware of your body, and give yourself some uninterrupted time.

Duration: Approximately 90 minutes
Format: Small-group, in-person experience

REFLECT

Reflection • Awareness • Understanding

What happens when we finally give ourselves time to think?

Reflect is a guided group or individual discussion and journaling experience where we explore the thoughts, feelings, and personal observations that may have surfaced during meditation.

We’ll talk about recurring patterns, beliefs, and the ways our experiences influence our everyday lives. You do not have to share anything that comes up. This is your experience at your comfort level.

Duration: Approximately 60–90 minutes
Format: Small-group guided reflection

RETURN

Five Sessions of Inner Work

Understanding ourselves means being willing to look at the things that have shaped us, including the things we’ve spent years trying not to think about.

RETURN is a five-session guided experience focused on exploring personal patterns, examining long-held beliefs, and understanding how our past experiences influence the lives we’re living today.

Throughout our sessions, we’ll explore:

Session 1 | Recognizing Patterns
Identifying recurring behaviors, relationship dynamics, and habits that may no longer serve us.

Session 2 | Understanding Our Roots
Looking at how our upbringing, relationships, experiences, and expectations have influenced who we’ve become.

Session 3 | Questioning Our Beliefs
Examining the things we’ve come to believe about ourselves and whether those beliefs still hold true.

Session 4 | Reclaiming Ourselves
Exploring personal identity, boundaries, values, and what we want our lives to look like moving forward.

Session 5 | Moving Forward
Taking what we’ve discovered and finding practical ways to incorporate it into everyday life.

This isn’t about erasing the past or pretending difficult experiences didn’t happen. It’s about understanding ourselves better and making conscious decisions about what comes next.

Duration: Five sessions, approximately 60–90 minutes each
Format: Small-group guided personal development
